Design and Presentation: Based on our consultation, we research, study, create and present a preliminary design concept. This design concept presentation is based on what we have learned from you and it is a basic plan. We illustrate our design concept through drawings, photos, and samples of materials we recommend. Once the design concept is agreed upon, our design staff develops the master plan which includes the agreed upon specifics and proposed budget.
Installation: Upon agreement, we begin managing and directing the work with our experienced teams turning your master design plan into reality. Every plant, stonework, woodwork, fountain, water feature, lighting and irrigation component is installed and in its proper location based on established priorities, timeline and budget.
Maintenance: This is the time you have been waiting for, the end-result. Upon completion, we will schedule a walk-through meeting ensuring your new exterior environment meets and exceeds your expectations. The next step is for you to take over.
